Global Sales Strategist

At Lonza, we are seeking a talented Global Sales Strategist to join our UK-based field team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing revenue within the Pharma & Biotech sector.
The successful candidate will own the full sales cycle, managing all aspects of sales activities in their designated territory. This includes identifying new opportunities, acquiring and expanding existing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive interactions.
We are looking for an individual with a strong background in life sciences, excellent communication skills, and a working understanding of cell culture and assay setup. Industry experience in Business Development is essential, and fluency in English is a must. A second European language is also highly advantageous.
This role offers the opportunity to work autonomously from a home-based office, developing product knowledge capabilities to position our end-to-end solutions effectively. You will be responsible for organizing, planning, and scheduling time to provide optimum account and territory coverage, as well as sharing knowledge with the team to drive high performance.
