This role is responsible for collaborating with key sales stakeholders to leverage global sales capabilities and develop a sales capability plan. It owns the capability arm of the Customer engagement strategy, including design, execution, and continuous improvement of the MWC UK sales customer engagement capability pillar, as well as ongoing deployment of the 'Best in Class Customer Experience' program and management and application of the 'Trade Attitude Survey' lag measure.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and execute initiatives or projects to successful outcomes, with a high level of customer focus and adopting a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience in areas such as field sales, customer management, customer marketing, category, and L&D.
- Good organizational and time management skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead the planning and design of specific learning pathways for UK sales, working with key stakeholders to unlock relevant support as needed.
- Leadership of the Customer Capability Evaluation Framework (CCEF), leading technical development of the tool, marketing, deployment, and reporting, and supporting the broader deployment of the capability and competency frameworks.
- Best-in-class learning and development support from day one, including access to our in-house Mars University.
