About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team at Crimson Hotels Group. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Schedule and conduct regular commercial meetings with hotel teams to discuss room sales strategies.
  2. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing decisions.
  3. Collaborate with the Regional Revenue Manager to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in hotel revenue management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
