Key Responsibilities
  • Support the production of a detailed day-by-day monthly rooms forecast within a tolerance level of 3-5% accuracy on a weekly basis.
  • Support the Regional Revenue Manager to ensure that the hotel maintains and grows RGI % change at a level above that seen within the local competitor set.
  • Prepare all documentation for commercial meetings for all hotels to ensure strategies for rooms and M&E are communicated and discussed with the hotel teams.
  • Run commercial meetings in the absence of the Regional Revenue Manager.
  • Attend all brand commercial updates.
  • Ensure rates are pulling through correctly from each respective RMS to all online channels.
  • Ensure appropriate promotions and tactical rates are communicated to marketing.
  • Update and opt-in of monthly paid marketing programmes with brands.
Requirements
  • Previous proven revenue experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
