Learning and Development Professional

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Professional to partner with our business and deliver our learning and development strategy on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the HR Manager to allocate and utilize budget resources to enhance and build skills for the future.
  • Support managers to build and develop leadership and coaching capability, including career development, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Follow up and progress the effectiveness of L&D initiatives.
  • Use data-driven decision making to challenge and enhance the L&D offering and processes to optimize budget, employee experience, and business impact.
  • Design, build, and facilitate learning interventions.
  • Optimize and enhance digital learning capability by strategic deployment and development of the LMS.
  • Generalist HR duties, including ER, as required by business needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of working with internal and/or external customers in a proactive partnering capacity to ensure the highest quality employee experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience of designing, developing, and delivering L&D solutions.
  • Experience of supporting performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Experience of administering or working with a Learning Management System or digital and online learning.
