Learning & Development Expert
At Ultimate Banking, we're committed to supporting our employees in achieving their full potential. We're seeking a dedicated Learning & Development Expert to partner with our business and deliver our learning & development strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the HR Manager to allocate and utilise budget resources to enhance and build skills for the future.
- Support managers to build and develop leadership and coaching capability, including career development, performance management, and succession planning.
- Follow up and progress the effectiveness of L&D initiatives.
- Use data-driven decision making to challenge and enhance the L&D offering and processes to optimise budget, employee experience, and business impact.
- Design, build, and facilitate appropriate learning interventions.
- Optimise and enhance digital learning capability by strategically deploying and developing the Learning Management System.
- Assist with generalist HR duties, including ER, as required by business needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience of working with internal and/or external customers in a proactive partnering capacity to ensure the highest quality employee experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience of designing, developing, and delivering L&D solutions.
- Experience of supporting performance management and appraisal processes.
- Experience of administering or working with a Learning Management System or digital and online learning.
