Job Description:

This role is responsible for collaborating with key sales stakeholders to develop and execute the unit's sales capability plan, leveraging global sales strategies, tools, and materials.

Additionally, it owns the capability arm of the Customer engagement strategy, including design, execution, and continuous improvement of the MWC UK sales customer engagement capability pillar, as well as the deployment of the 'Best in Class Customer Experience' program and management of the 'Trade Attitude Survey' lag measure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute initiatives or projects to successful outcomes with a high level of customer focus and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience in areas such as field sales, customer management, customer marketing, category, and L&D.
  • Organise and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Design and lead specific learning pathways for UK sales, working with stakeholders to unlock relevant support.
  • Lead the Customer Capability Evaluation Framework (CCEF), developing the tool, marketing, deployment, and reporting, and supporting the broader deployment of capability and competency frameworks.
  • Provide best-in-class learning and development support, including access to Mars University.
