About the Company: Our client is a professional construction consultancy with multiple offices across the South East, South West, and London.
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Secretary / Admin Assistant to support our office manager in various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the office manager in administrative duties.
- Use Excel to produce reports and spreadsheets, and create formulae.
- Utilize Word, SharePoint, and other software to manage documents and tasks.
- Deal with telephone enquiries, manage post, and scan documents.
Requirements:
- Excellent skills in Excel and ability to create formulae.
- Good experience in MS Word.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and other professionals.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new tasks.
