Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Secretary / Admin Assistant to support our office manager in various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the office manager in administrative duties.
  • Use Excel to produce reports and spreadsheets, and create formulae.
  • Utilize Word, SharePoint, and other software to manage documents and tasks.
  • Deal with telephone enquiries, manage post, and scan documents.

Requirements:

  • Excellent skills in Excel and ability to create formulae.
  • Good experience in MS Word.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and other professionals.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new tasks.
