Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at Redwood Search. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

About the Role
You will be working closely with our existing client base, as well as identifying new leads and networking events to expand our reach. Your primary goal will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry
* Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline
* Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and generate reports
* Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution

Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in sales or account management
* Proven track record of success in expanding client bases and increasing revenue

Salary and Benefits
* Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
