Job Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Defence Account Manager to join our team in Worcester. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business growth strategies across Tri-Services.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Defence Account Management, with a proven track record of generating new business opportunities. You will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with current clients to grow the existing business
  2. Generating and developing new contacts to uncover further sales opportunities within the client base
  3. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and foster a positive company culture
  4. Developing and implementing targeted business development strategies to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • 3+ Years of Defence Account Management experience in a B2B role
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in consultative selling to either Military and Defence or having served in the Armed Forces
  • Ability to drive business growth and possess a consultative sales approach

Salary Range: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
