We are seeking an ambitious and driven Defence Account Manager to join our team in Worcester. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business growth strategies across Tri-Services.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Defence Account Management, with a proven track record of generating new business opportunities. You will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with current clients to grow the existing business
- Generating and developing new contacts to uncover further sales opportunities within the client base
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and foster a positive company culture
- Developing and implementing targeted business development strategies to drive business growth
Requirements:
- 3+ Years of Defence Account Management experience in a B2B role
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in consultative selling to either Military and Defence or having served in the Armed Forces
- Ability to drive business growth and possess a consultative sales approach
Salary Range: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
