Strategic Talent Development Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled Strategic Talent Development Executive to join our team at Concept Technical Resources.
This is a great opportunity for a senior professional with a strong background in talent management, training and development, and employee engagement. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering a people-centred culture across the group, underpinned by a strong performance improvement mindset.
The ideal candidate will have a Batchelors degree in human resources, business administration or law, and be qualified to MCIPD with evidence of CPD. They should also have solid UK employment law knowledge, including international exposure and proven experience.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus car allowance and company discretionary annual bonus.
About the Role
- Provide strategic leadership to deliver the development of a people-centred culture across the group.
- Work as an integral Board member with fellow directors/senior stakeholders and act as Champion to drive people and culture initiatives.
- Deliver a comprehensive, proactive professional HR advice and support service on all aspects of HR and people management across all companies.
- Act as business partner and trusted adviser to fellow directors and give counsel and oversee complex employee relation issues.
- Lead and develop recruitment strategies, ensuring a robust and consistent selection process.
- Oversee the policy and procedures of the company to ensure they are both up to date and in line with company vision.
