About the Job
We are seeking a results-driven International Business Growth Manager to join our team in Worcester. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing new clients, expanding our client base, and driving revenue growth within the aviation industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve annual targets
- Identify and approach potential clients within the aviation industry, utilizing existing networks and conducting market research
- Understand client needs and effectively communicate how our products and services can meet those needs
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and contract signing
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business development activities
Requirements
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a similar role
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales or business development, preferably within the aviation industry
- Strong understanding of airline industry dynamics and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and selection assessments is advantageous
