Strategic Business Development Executive

The Role
As a Strategic Business Development Executive, you'll play a crucial role in raising awareness of our products among architects and main contractors. Your goal will be to make OBEX products the go-to choice for our clients, building strong relationships based on trust and understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that main contractors are aware of our full product range.
- Book appointments for external business development managers.
- Arrange CPD's with architects.
- Follow up on new enquiries from main contractors and architects.
- Track projects from early stages through to completion.
- Maintain a clean CRM database.

- Sales experience in a B2B role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
