About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Executive to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, ranging from sole traders to senior decision-makers in large organisations, and working closely with the Branch Manager to achieve business objectives.

About You:

  • You will have a proven track record of winning new business and building long-lasting relationships with B2B clients.
  • You must have a passion for developing business through marketing, community engagement, networking, client meetings, and other initiatives.
  • You will be tenacious and have a business curiosity, allowing you to identify and explore new business opportunities to drive the best possible outcome for our clients.
  • You are willing to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment, where every day presents new challenges and opportunities.
  • You are consultative, have the ability to ask effective questions, and are an active listener, taking the time to fully understand client requirements and providing tailored solutions.
