About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Workforce Staffing Ltd. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and re-engaging with lapsed customers to expand our client base and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Develop and implement strategies for lead generation to target new business opportunities.
Utilise various channels including email, phone calls, and networking events to initiate contact with prospective clients.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
Proactively follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into clients.
Identify and reach out to lapsed clients to re-establish business relationships and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
A proven track record in sales or business development, ideally within the tube bending or fabrications industry.
Strong understanding of tube bending processes and fabrication techniques is desired.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a drive to succeed.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as needed.
