Key Responsibilities:- Manage a pipeline of opportunities from prospect stage to sale, with the support of the wider Balens team.
- Deliver new, and maintain existing, introducer and partner relationships.
- Provide support across the wider Balens team to ensure successful conversion of opportunity.
- Be a key member of our Events team, delivering workshops, presentations, networking, and engaging with attendees, exhibitors, and partners.
- Work collaboratively with our Compliance and Agency teams to ensure all regulatory components of relationship management are achieved.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance lead generation, opportunity conversion, and penetration rates.
- Collaborate with the Balens team to identify and address customer concerns.
- Resolve incidents promptly and implement improvements based on incident analysis.
- Identify opportunities for individual and team development, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Take responsibility for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in a sales-focused role.
- Demonstrated success in lead acquisition and conversion.
- Experience in managing client relationships with multiple stakeholders.
