We are seeking a skilled Educational Support Specialist to join our team at a school in Kent. As a key member of our pastoral care team, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being and personal development of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored support to students.
  • Develop and implement individual support plans to meet the needs of students with specific requirements.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and respectful school culture, promoting positive behaviour and encouraging social responsibility.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced educational environment, prioritising tasks and managing competing demands.
  • Degree level qualification in a relevant subject area, such as Education, Child Development or Social Work.
