Befriending and Mentoring Roles Available

We're searching for compassionate individuals to become Befrienders or Mentors, supporting young people in the care system. As a Befriender, you'll form a long-term connection with a young person, offering emotional support and a listening ear. As a Mentor, you'll help them navigate challenges and develop coping strategies to enhance their wellbeing.

Our Approach
We provide a safe, nurturing environment where young people can build meaningful relationships, gain new skills, and stay away from negative influences. Our focus is on fostering confidence, self-esteem, and resilience through various activities and programs.

What We Provide
We offer reimbursement for all travel costs, ensuring that financial constraints don't prevent you from making a difference. You'll also receive comprehensive training, enabling you to effectively support our young people. The estimated hourly rate for this role is £12-£15, based on your experience.
