Personal Support Care Specialist

**Job Summary:**
People Recruit Limited is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Care Specialist to join their team in Maidstone. This is an excellent opportunity to work with individuals who require high-quality care and support.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of service users.
- Provide physical and emotional support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Conduct regular observations and assessments to ensure the safety and comfort of service users.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as Safeguarding, De-escalation techniques, and PMVA.
**Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
- Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service or willingness to undergo a new DBS check.
- Proof of up-to-date vaccinations for fitness to work checks, including COVID-19, Hepatitis B, MMR, and TB clearance (or evidence of immunity).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
