About the Role:

New Wine Trust is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to lead our youth ministry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing a compelling vision for youth ministry, building and leading a team of volunteers, and delivering engaging and fun youth programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a clear and motivating vision for youth ministry
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of volunteers
  • Plan and deliver engaging youth events and activities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and outreach

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in youth ministry or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective youth programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary range £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Salary Details:

Our estimated salary for this position is £31,500 per annum, reflecting the typical salary range for a youth ministry leader in the UK. Please note that actual salaries may vary based on individual experience and qualifications.
