Job Overview:

New Wine Trust is a vibrant and dynamic organization committed to spreading the good news of Jesus Christ. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Youth Pastor. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading and mentoring young people, as well as a passion for sharing the Gospel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of young people in their spiritual growth and development
• Develop and deliver engaging and fun youth programs
• Build and maintain relationships with local churches and organizations
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities

Requirements:

• Proven experience in youth ministry or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor young people
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with others

Compensation Package:

• A competitive salary range £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
• A 10% contribution to the C of E pension scheme
