Regain Hearing is a leading private hearing healthcare business in Kent.
We are hiring for a full-time role with 40 hours per week over 5 days. The position is based in Maidstone, occasionally requiring travel to nearby locations such as Eltham and Sevenoaks.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Ensuring regulatory compliance across all branches
- Maintaining accurate appointment records and updating our CRM system
- Safeguarding the highest standards of cleanliness within our clinics
- Greeting patients, handling phone and email inquiries, and providing excellent customer service
- Completing regular health and safety tasks
