About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Support Staff for Young People. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students, supporting their social, emotional, and behavioural needs.

The successful candidate will provide emotional and practical support to students, helping them navigate academic and personal challenges. They will also promote positive behaviour and assist in developing individual support plans for students with specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide emotional support to students, promoting their wellbeing and confidence.
  2. Assist students in navigating academic and personal challenges, helping them achieve their goals.
  3. Develop and implement individual support plans for students with specific needs, ensuring they receive tailored support.

Requirements:

  • A strong passion for working with young people and a commitment to promoting their wellbeing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.
  • Experience in a pastoral or support role within an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
