Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Solar Sales Executive to join our team in the renewable energy sector. This role offers a competitive basic salary, plus car allowance and uncapped commission, with a realistic OTE of 100k+ per annum.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of B2B sales of solar PV systems to commercial clients across various sectors, including retail, healthcare, manufacturing, and industrial facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and executing a well-defined sales strategy, leading sales opportunities, and qualifying potential customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to sell solar PV systems to new business customers across the UK.
  • Lead sales opportunities from plan to close, achieving growth and hitting sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Qualify potential customers through early analysis and data collection.
  • Provide insight back to the business to help develop the company's proposition.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in field sales within the commercial solar market.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare, manufacturing, warehousing, retail, and industrial facilities sectors is advantageous.
  • Ability to identify and convert new accounts while maintaining existing relationships.
