Job Title: Commercial Solar Business Development Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a Commercial Solar Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for selling commercial solar solutions to business owners and building managers across the UK.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record of sales experience in the commercial solar market. Your skills and qualifications should include:

  • Field sales experience in the commercial solar sector
  • New business development and lead generation
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of the commercial solar industry, including DNOs, PDRs, and structural surveys

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000-£65,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission up to £30,000. Our benefits package includes a car allowance and company benefits.

Working Hours:

This is a full-time position, with 3 days spent working from home and 2 days on the road visiting clients. You can expect to visit around 3-4 clients per week.
