Job Description
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with our company's growth objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Sales Planning & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, lead client presentations, pitch proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment in delivering tailored solutions.
- Leadership & Mentoring: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales performance, client interactions, and pipeline activity.

Experience gained within value-added contract logistics is essential for this position. The ideal candidate should possess:

What We Offer
