Food and Beverage Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Seaham Hall, a renowned resort in County Durham. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests in our award-winning restaurant, The Dining Room.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive service to guests during meals, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen.
  • Upsell menu items and drinks to enhance the guest experience.
  • Attend training sessions to gain a deep understanding of our menu and be able to offer recommendations to guests.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or bar setting.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of service.
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft systems and Simphony EPOS system.
  • Ability to work effectively with management, staff, and guests in a professional manner.
