About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at YOTEL Edinburgh. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Create and execute sales plans, including pricing strategies, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including negotiating contracts and closing sales deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize pricing and revenue strategies.
  • Analyse sales performance metrics and financial data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  • Work closely with revenue management teams to maximize profitability through effective pricing and inventory management.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budget reviews for senior management.
  • Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to evaluate sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Present findings, strategies, and recommendations to the wider leadership team to support informed decision-making.
