Job Description:

As a Senior Theatre Services Lead, you will be responsible for reconfiguring theatres and improving theatre utilization while maintaining high-quality services. You will work closely with our Divisional Director to provide effective leadership and collaborate with clinicians and managers to achieve service objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve theatre efficiency and reduce waiting times.
  • Lead the theatre team to deliver high-quality services and meet key standards and KPIs.
  • Work closely with clinicians and managers to ensure effective service delivery and achieve service objectives.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare management, business administration).
  • Proven experience in theatre operations or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
