Senior Scrub Theatre Practitioner | Spinal

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Theatre Practitioner to join our Theatre department at The Wellington Hospital, rated 'Good' by the CQC. Our theatres offer a dynamic and professional environment with cutting-edge equipment and technology.

As a Senior Theatre Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with individuals and teams to achieve safe and effective outcomes. With a minimum of 2 years' experience in theatre settings, you will possess an impressive level of knowledge and skill.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting patients undergoing spinal surgery procedures
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Maintaining a safe and efficient theatre environment
  • Sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues to promote team objectives

Requirements:

  • 12 months' experience working with spinal cases
  • Current HCPC/NMC Registration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
