Job Description
As a Director of Theatres Service at First Clinical Ltd, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality theatre services. This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity to drive the operational efficiency of our theatres, ensuring that patients receive safe and effective care.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Theatre Management Professional to join our team. You will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to improve theatre utilization, patient flow, and overall service quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve theatre utilization and patient flow
- Collaborate with clinicians and managers to ensure effective delivery of service objectives across Theatres
- Maintain accurate records and reports, providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making
- Ensure that the highest quality, effective, and efficient services are operationally delivered within defined costs, time-scales, and resources

Requirements
- Proven track record of leadership and management experience in a theatre or healthcare setting

- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations
