Job Description

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading our support teams in South Shropshire, providing guidance and support to ensure that our service users receive high-quality care and support. Your role will involve:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of our services
  • Ensuring that our service users receive the highest level of care and support
  • Developing and implementing effective support plans
  • Leading and managing a team of support workers
  • Working closely with other stakeholders, including social workers and healthcare professionals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 or 4 qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant field
  • Significant experience in the adult care sector
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Familiarity with Positive Behaviour Support and person-centred approaches
