Administrative Support Specialist

Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust is a leading provider of community-based health services for adults and children in Shropshire, Telford, and Wrekin. We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team and provide high-quality support to our Executive Team.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity will involve supporting the Executive Team and corporate office function, including providing secretarial, administrative, and organisational support to the Director of Governance. You will also be responsible for supporting the Corporate Office Manager and Executive Directors' PAs to ensure a comprehensive support service at all times. In addition, you will support the provision of a Front of House Service for the Trust, including basic reception cover and postal service.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Executive Team and corporate office function
- Provide secretarial, administrative, and organisational support to the Director of Governance
- Support the Corporate Office Manager and Executive Directors' PAs
- Support the provision of a Front of House Service for the Trust
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- GCC (Grade A-C) or Equivalent in English and Maths
- A willingness to undertake and satisfactorily complete a QCF Level 3 in Business Admin within 15-18 months
- Ability to meet the ELS Numeracy and Literacy Level 2 exercises
- Experience of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Some previous clerical experience
