Are you a highly motivated and detail-focused individual looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join our Cancer Services team

About the Role:

In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Cancer Services department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include managing telephone enquiries, taking messages, and escalating when necessary, as well as overseeing diary and email management, preparing correspondence and reports, and coordinating recruitment processes.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook. Experience with Oracle and Health Roster is beneficial but not essential.
