We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Cancer Services team as a Personal Assistant. This role will provide essential administrative support to the Cancer Lead, enabling the smooth operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Cancer Services department.
  • Manage phone calls, respond to emails, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Coordinate diaries and ensure effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate records and update databases as required.
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and other materials.
  • Assist with recruitment processes and maintain accurate records.
  • Utilize various software applications, including Outlook, Microsoft packages, and Oracle.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including managing booking calendars.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
