Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR advice and support to our business leaders, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives, ensuring value addition to the organization.
  2. Collaborate with local and group HR teams to drive HR initiatives and projects.
  3. Lead and develop the HR team, providing mentorship and support to ensure high-performing environment.
  4. Support management in driving change and cultivating a positive workplace culture.
  5. Execute key HR projects and business-related initiatives, optimizing HR processes to enhance service delivery.
  6. Provide accurate data to support business planning and decision-making.
  7. Advise on and ensure compliance with HR best practices and company policies.
  8. Manage employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
  9. Oversee absence monitoring and provide guidance on reporting and analysis.
  10. Engage actively with the management team, contributing expertise and insight.
  11. Coach managers and leaders to maximize team performance.
  12. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to oversee recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a HR Business Partner role or similar, with a focus on employee relations and union activities.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in people management, offering strategic advice to local management.
  3. Demonstrated experience in providing sound HR advice and achieving results in a dynamic environment.
  4. Experience supporting managers in policy implementation.
  5. Track record of delivering HR projects and activities.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
