Job Title: Business Partner Projet

Arden White Aerospace and Aviation Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR advice and support to our management team.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering HR projects and activities, with a focus on employee relations and union activities. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all daily HR operations, collaborating with local and group HR teams to develop and implement HR strategies, and leading and developing the HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver an HR strategy that aligns with our evolving business needs.
  2. Collaborate with business leaders to implement HR policies and procedures that support the organisation's objectives.
  3. Lead and develop the HR team, providing mentorship and support.
  4. Support management in driving change and cultivating a positive workplace culture.
  5. Maintain and promote a consistent HR brand aligned with organisational values.
  6. Execute key initiatives and business-related projects.
  7. Optimise HR processes to enhance service delivery.
  8. Provide accurate data to support business planning and decision-making.
  9. Lead HR and Learning & Development projects to foster a high-performing environment.
  10. Advise on and ensure compliance with HR best practices and company policies.
  11. Manage employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
  12. Oversee absence monitoring and provide guidance on reporting and analysis.
  13. Engage actively with the management team, contributing expertise and insight.
  14. Coach managers and leaders to maximise team performance.
  15. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to oversee recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
  16. Oversee the probation review process.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a HR Business Partner role or similar, with a focus on employee relations and union activities.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in people management, offering strategic advice to local management.
  3. Demonstrated experience in providing sound HR advice and achieving results in a dynamic environment.
  4. Experience supporting managers in policy implementation.
  5. Track record of delivering HR projects and activities.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
