  12. Oversee absence monitoring and provide guidance on reporting and analysis, driving data-driven decision-making.
  13. Engage actively with the management team, contributing expertise and insight to drive business outcomes.
  14. Coach managers and leaders to maximize team performance, driving high-performing capabilities.
  15. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to oversee recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes, ensuring seamless talent integration.
  16. Oversee the probation review process, ensuring timely and effective talent assessment.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a HR Business Partner role or similar, with a focus on employee relations and union activities.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in people management, offering strategic advice to local management.
  3. Demonstrated experience in providing sound HR advice and achieving results in a dynamic environment.
  4. Experience supporting managers in policy implementation, driving business outcomes.
  5. Track record of delivering HR projects and activities, leveraging expertise to drive business success.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
