- Advise on and ensure compliance with HR best practices and company policies, mitigating risk and ensuring regulatory adherence.
- Manage employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances, ensuring fair and equitable treatment.
- Oversee absence monitoring and provide guidance on reporting and analysis, driving data-driven decision-making.
- Engage actively with the management team, contributing expertise and insight to drive business outcomes.
- Coach managers and leaders to maximize team performance, driving high-performing capabilities.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to oversee recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes, ensuring seamless talent integration.
- Oversee the probation review process, ensuring timely and effective talent assessment.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a HR Business Partner role or similar, with a focus on employee relations and union activities.
- At least 3 years of experience in people management, offering strategic advice to local management.
- Demonstrated experience in providing sound HR advice and achieving results in a dynamic environment.
- Experience supporting managers in policy implementation, driving business outcomes.
- Track record of delivering HR projects and activities, leveraging expertise to drive business success.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
