  5. Execute key HR initiatives and business-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective outcomes.
  6. Optimise HR processes to enhance service delivery, ensuring our HR services are efficient and effective.
  7. Provide accurate data to support business planning and decision-making, ensuring our HR insights inform business strategy.
  8. Lead HR and Learning & Development projects to foster a high-performing environment, ensuring our employees have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
  9. Advise on and ensure compliance with HR best practices and company policies, ensuring our HR function is compliant and up-to-date.
  10. Manage employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances, ensuring our employees feel supported and valued.
  11. Oversee absence monitoring and provide guidance on reporting and analysis, ensuring our HR data is accurate and informative.
  12. Engage actively with the management team, contributing expertise and insight to inform business decisions.
  13. Coach managers and leaders to maximise team performance, ensuring our employees have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
  14. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to oversee recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes, ensuring our new hires feel welcome and supported.
  15. Oversee the probation review process, ensuring our new hires are settled and performing well.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a HR Business Partner role or similar, with a focus on employee relations and union activities.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in people management, offering strategic advice to local management.
  3. Demonstrated experience in providing sound HR advice and achieving results in a dynamic environment.
  4. Experience supporting managers in policy implementation.
  5. Track record of delivering HR projects and activities.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
