  2. Collaborate with local and group HR teams to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business growth and improvement.
  3. Lead and develop the HR team, providing mentorship and support to ensure high-performing environment.
  4. Support management in driving change and cultivating a positive workplace culture, aligned with our organizational values.
  5. Maintain and promote a consistent HR brand, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  6. Execute key initiatives and business-related projects, leveraging HR expertise to drive results.
  7. Optimize HR processes to enhance service delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  8. Provide accurate data to support business planning and decision-making, driving informed strategic decisions.
  9. Lead HR and Learning & Development projects to foster a high-performing environment, aligned with our business goals.
  10. Advise on and ensure compliance with HR best practices and company policies, ensuring regulatory adherence.
  11. Manage employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances, ensuring fair and equitable treatment.
  12. Oversee absence monitoring and provide guidance on reporting and analysis, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  13. Engage actively with the management team, contributing expertise and insight to drive business success.
  14. Coach managers and leaders to maximize team performance, ensuring effective leadership and management.
  15. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to oversee recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes, ensuring seamless integration.
  16. Oversee the probation review process, ensuring timely and effective evaluation.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a HR Business Partner role or similar, with a focus on employee relations and union activities.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in people management, offering strategic advice to local management.
  3. Demonstrated experience in providing sound HR advice and achieving results in a dynamic environment.
  4. Experience supporting managers in policy implementation, ensuring effective execution.
  5. Track record of delivering HR projects and activities, driving business outcomes.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
