Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage all daily HR operations, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with local and group HR teams to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.
- Lead and develop the HR team, providing mentorship and support to ensure high-performing environment.
- Support management in driving change and cultivating a positive workplace culture, aligned with organisational values.
- Execute key initiatives and business-related projects, leveraging HR expertise to deliver results.
- Optimise HR processes to enhance service delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide accurate data to support business planning and decision-making, driving informed decisions.
- Lead HR and Learning & Development projects to foster a high-performing environment, aligned with company goals.
- Advise on and ensure compliance with HR best practices and company policies, mitigating risks.
- Manage employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
- Oversee absence monitoring and provide guidance on reporting and analysis, driving data-driven decisions.
- Engage actively with the management team, contributing expertise and insight to drive business outcomes.
- Coach managers and leaders to maximise team performance, leveraging HR expertise to drive results.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to oversee recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes, ensuring seamless candidate experience.
- Oversee the probation review process, ensuring timely and effective evaluations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a HR Business Partner role or similar, with a focus on employee relations and union activities.
- At least 3 years of experience in people management, offering strategic advice to local management.
- Demonstrated experience in providing sound HR advice and achieving results in a dynamic environment.
- Experience supporting managers in policy implementation, driving compliance and consistency.
- Track record of delivering HR projects and activities, leveraging expertise to drive business outcomes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with ability to leverage technology to drive efficiency and accuracy.
