Arden White Aerospace and Aviation Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing an HR strategy that aligns with our evolving business needs, ensuring value addition to the organization.
This role involves close collaboration with business leaders to implement HR policies and procedures that support the organization's objectives.
- Oversee and manage all daily HR operations, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with local and group HR teams to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.
- Lead and develop the HR team, providing mentorship and support to ensure high-performing capabilities.
- Support management in driving change and cultivating a positive workplace culture that fosters growth and development.
- Maintain and promote a consistent HR brand aligned with organizational values, ensuring a strong employer reputation.
- Execute key initiatives and business-related projects, leveraging HR expertise to drive business outcomes.
- Optimize HR processes to enhance service delivery, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide accurate data to support business planning and decision-making, driving informed HR strategies.
- Lead HR and Learning & Development projects to foster a high-performing environment, driving business success.
- Advise on and ensure compliance with HR best practices and company policies, mitigating risk and ensuring regulatory adherence.
- Manage employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances, ensuring fair and equitable treatment.
- Oversee absence monitoring and provide guidance on reporting and analysis, driving data-driven decision-making.
- Engage actively with the management team, contributing expertise and insight to drive business outcomes.
- Coach managers and leaders to maximize team performance, driving high-performing capabilities.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to oversee recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes, ensuring seamless talent integration.
- Oversee the probation review process, ensuring timely and effective talent assessment.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a HR Business Partner role or similar, with a focus on employee relations and union activities.
- At least 3 years of experience in people management, offering strategic advice to local management.
- Demonstrated experience in providing sound HR advice and achieving results in a dynamic environment.
- Experience supporting managers in policy implementation, driving business outcomes.
- Track record of delivering HR projects and activities, leveraging expertise to drive business success.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
