Job Title: Facilities Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Facilities Assistant to join our team at City of London Girls School. As a key member of our facilities and operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our school buildings.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the facilities and operations team in maintaining the school's buildings and grounds.
  • Assist with maintenance and repairs, ensuring the health and safety of all pupils, staff, and visitors.
  • Contribute to the upkeep of the school's facilities, including cleaning, waste management, and other related tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure the school runs efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures.
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
