About Us:

We are a leading company in the industry, known for our commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a talented Customer Experience professional to join our dynamic team on a 9-month maternity cover. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end customer engagement, from prospecting to sale and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a live database of high-value prospects and members, ensuring their ongoing engagement and retention.
  • Develop targeted campaigns and manage CRM strategies in collaboration with our broker marketing team.
  • Analyze customer data to drive engagement and better understand customer needs, making strategic recommendations for future campaigns.

Salary and Benefits:

  • £240 per day
  • Fully remote working with occasional travel to Glasgow and London
  • Collaborative team environment with direct interaction with senior managers and stakeholders
