We are seeking a talented Customer Experience professional to join our dynamic team on a 9-month maternity cover. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end customer engagement, from prospecting to sale and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a live database of high-value prospects and members, ensuring their ongoing engagement and retention.
- Develop targeted campaigns and manage CRM strategies in collaboration with our broker marketing team.
- Analyze customer data to drive engagement and better understand customer needs, making strategic recommendations for future campaigns.
Salary and Benefits:
- £240 per day
- Fully remote working with occasional travel to Glasgow and London
- Collaborative team environment with direct interaction with senior managers and stakeholders
