Sales Growth Manager

beBee Professionals in Waterlooville is a dynamic sales environment where we seek an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Growth Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying new opportunities to expand our business.
In this role, you will manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, acting as their main point of contact. You will develop strategies to meet client needs and drive long-term business growth by identifying new sales opportunities within the current client base. Additionally, you will prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $75,000, which includes competitive base pay, commissions, and bonuses. We also offer health insurance, retirement plan, and wellness programs, flexible working hours, and remote working options.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a sales role.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
