Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our Channel Growth strategy, focusing on implementing sales initiatives across a multi-solution sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive installation and service growth revenues within the Regional Accounts Channel.
Your primary responsibilities will include coaching the sales team through planning, business development, accounts, and pipeline management activities to achieve channel objectives. Through focused sales activities executed with a consistent rhythm, you will develop and improve seller skills and rhythm across existing accounts and relationships, while identifying new business opportunities for development.
You will hold sales management experience and have in-depth knowledge of the complexities of relationship selling. Experience in the fire and security industry is essential, and you will be skilled in managing all performance, activity, planning, and sales processes through Salesforce.com.
