Job Description

The Regional Sales Team Manager will be responsible for implementing the channel sales strategy across a multi-solution sales team to drive installation and service growth revenues within the Regional Accounts Channel.

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.

Responsibilities:
  • Coaching the sales team through planning, business development, accounts, and pipeline management activities.
  • Developing and improving seller skills and rhythm across existing accounts and relationships.
  • IDentifying new business opportunities for development for all enterprise solutions that Johnson Controls can offer in the market.
Requirements:
  • Sales management experience with in-depth knowledge of relationship selling complexities.
  • Experience in the fire and security industry.
  • Ability to coach sellers and identify and qualify opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and reporting skills.
