**Position Details**:

- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, no weekends
- **Reports To**: Office Manager
- **Job Type**: Permanent, Full-time
- **Location**: On-site, Waterlooville

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with fellow Customer Service Coordinators to ensure seamless customer support.
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Take full responsibility for handling customer returns and keeping the returns database current.
- Provide exceptional support to both customers and internal teams.
- Utilise our online CRM system to generate quotations and sales orders.
- Handle order processing using our SAGE business system as well as creating purchase orders ready to send to our suppliers.
- Arrange export shipments, including preparation of necessary documentation.
- Effectively communicate and coordinate with our suppliers.
- Maintain and update customer and supplier information in both our CRM and SAGE systems.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Office Manager or Managing Director.

- Ability to use a variety of IT systems (training will be provided).
- Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Superb customer service skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Eagerness to go above and beyond in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

**Salary**: £21,000,000.00-£24,000.00 per year (Dependent on Experience)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
