Guest Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Ride Access Pass Assistant to join our team at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. As a Ride Access Pass Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable day.
Responsibilities- Provide expert guidance on the Ride Access Pass system to guests with physical disabilities or medical conditions.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Proven experience working in a guest-facing role, preferably in customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Organisational skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
