About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Guest Experience Specialist to join our team at Malmaison Belfast. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our guests feel valued and cared for.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for providing outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for leading the Front Office team, managing day-to-day operations, and implementing processes to improve guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome.
  • Lead the Front Office team, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including reception, concierge, and reservations.
  • Implement processes to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent delivery of services.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Degree in Hospitality or related field.
  • Fluent in English.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
